A traditional highlight of the Cow Days Festival is the pageantry and family fun that takes place at Green County Middle School at the Cow Days Festival Pageant on Saturday September 21st, 2019.
The Cow Days Festival Pageant is an official preliminary to the Kentucky Festival State Pageant and is open to any Kentucky resident. Winners, including first and second runner ups, will advance to the Kentucky Festival State Pageant this November in Lexington.
As a family event it spans all ages from babies and toddlers up through Preteen, Teen, Miss and Ms. Registration, times, and age groups are detailed on the Cow Days Festival Pageant Facebook Page in the: 2019 Cow Days Festival Pageant posting. The pageant is open to the public with morning and afternoon sessions based on age ranges.
Morning: Registration for 0-5 months through 24-35 months age divisions will begin at 9:00 CST, and the pageants will begin at 10:00 CST.
Afternoon: Registration for 3-4 years through 22+ year age divisions will begin at 1:30 CST, and the pageants will begin at 2:30 CST.
There is no entry charge for contestants’ families or the public, but in lieu of a door charge to watch the events, please support the Cow Days’ Festival Pageant Crohn’s & Ulcerative Colitis Fundraiser Raffle.
Tickets will be sold at the door: $1 for 1 ticket or $5 for 6 tickets All money raised goes to the Crohn’s & Ulcerative Colitis Foundation of America. They will be raffling a Matilda Jane Clothing backpack valued at $65 in addition to another amazing item yet to be announced.
