1) For Standard Booths each additional adjacent 10x10 space is $75.00
2) For Non/For-Profit Food Booths each additional adjacent 10x10 space is $100.00
3) After August 31, all booth type’s initial fees will increase by $25.00

1) Note that you do NOT need a PayPal account. You can use a credit or debit card.
2) Select one of the first three booth types and then click the Add to Cart button
3) If you want a single 10x10 booth you are done and can click on your Check Out option
4) If you need additional 10x10 spaces, come back here via PayPal’s Continue Shopping > link
5) Select the Addition type Booth 10x10 Space (4th or 5th options) and click the Add to Cart button again
6) You can adjust the quantity of additional 10x10 spaces using the PayPal cart (+/-) buttons
7) Then click on your Check Out option

Standard electric available; no 220 current; Quiet generators are allowed. Food vendors may need additional electricity due to the supply of only 20 amps of current.
Night security is provided during Cow Days. Tents are allowed for booths but cannot be anchored into the blacktop (exception: some areas of the food court on Court St. may allow for booths to be anchored in the concrete or blacktop). **Trailer hitches and tongues must fit within the 10x10 space or an additional space will be charged.
FOOD BOOTH APPLICATIONS
All Food vendors and Amusement Ride vendors are required to provide proof of liability insurance. Proof of insurance may be included with the application or provided at the time of setup. The Greensburg Rotary club will deny set up without proof of insurance.
The Health Department will be conducting an on-site inspection. A $25.00 inspection fee will be charged to the vendor at time of inspection; to be paid to the Health Department.
Availability of food booth spaces will also be limited and subject to Health Department regulations. After booth is set up all unnecessary automobiles must be removed from the square. Food vendors can sell can or bottle drinks of any brand they desire. Each food vendor must furnish their own coolers for their drinks. **No cooking is allowed on the sidewalks behind the booth. If extra room is needed an additional booth space will need to be purchased.
Spaces will be allotted one week before Cow Days. Most exhibitors will have the same space as the previous year. Only exhibit spaces are provided. Tables, chairs, display hooks, easels, etc. must be furnished by the exhibitor. You are responsible for your goods at all times; however, night security will be provided. The Arts chairperson and the Cow Days Committee reserve the right to reject work they feel might be morally objectionable or has been inadequately described or misrepresented.
Cash awards and ribbons will be awarded in both Arts & Crafts divisions. All vendors must be set up between 5:00 pm central time on Thursday and 9:00 am central time on Friday. No set ups allowed after 9:00 am on Friday. No booths “take down” until after 8:00 pm Saturday. As further consideration for permission granted by the Greensburg Rotary Club to occupy a booth space or participate in the Cow Days Festival in any form, I release the Greensburg Rotary Club as an organization and its individual members from any and all claims arising out of injuries which I may sustain as a result of participation at Cow Days.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Greensburg Rotary Club and its individual members and the City of Greensburg from any damages I may sustain and against any claims arising out of injuries to other persons or property as a result of my actions or in-actions whether negligent or otherwise.
ANYONE FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THE CONDITIONS AND STIPULATIONS OF THIS REGISTRATION FORM WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND BOOTH SPACE RENTAL MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES TO THIS FORM, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO COW DAYS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO STOP SALES OF ANY “DANGEROUS OR OFFENSIVE” ITEMS.
ARTS & CRAFTS APPLICATIONS
In order to be judged in the arts or crafts, the following rules will apply. Only original paintings in oils, acrylics, and watercolor divisions will be judged. No prints or duplications. Crafts must be hand-made items made by the exhibitor. Decisions of the judges will be final concerning booth qualification in arts or crafts. The following cash awards will apply:
